Only mark down stars as not enough hot drinks supplies in room lack of milk.had to go collect more from reception not ideal when your caring for a partner with disabilities. Receptionist was friendly helpful. Bed and room was bright clean and comfortable would absoulutely stay here again
Does what its supposed to, cheap room with a clean bed & bathroom. Only moan is the TV was so small it was comical. The young girl on reception was friendly & helpful.
I love using this hotel for a night in Cornwall. I never have a bad experience here, the rooms are basic yes but they do the job and I always sleep well. Perhaps the one thing they could consider is adding air-con to the rooms, as road noise can be a little problem with the window open. But I have to give 5 stars as I think it is exceptional value for money.

Visiting friends in the far South West, Wadebridge was the nearest Travelodge, and lived up to previous experience with this budget hotel chain. Rooms were clean, tidy and the building appeared to have been recently recarpeted throughout. Staff were pleasant and helpful when approached and there was plenty of parking space on the site.
I was put here on a temporary council basis and I just wanted to share my extremely lovely experience, all the staff are so polite and are so empathetic and really make a point to get to know you and make you feel really at ease. I must mention the absolutely incredible Owen on reception and his unbelievably kind and thoughtful attitude towards myself and others and I thank you all ever so much for making a difficult time slightly more comfortable.
Lovely comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, great shower. Good location for Wadebridge and north Cornwall. Quiet, good parking, nice reception staff. Breakfast and meals available in cafe and pub nearby. Wish I hadn't bothered to buy the 'breakfast to go' box, which wasn't good value.
Lived there since September through the council, it really couldn't be any better. Rooms at perfect, cleaned to a very good standard, staff are very fair and very approachable. They engage with you in the best way they can and always communicate very well. Top marks. I highly recommend this hotel!
